- Sediakan 150 ml air.
- Bunda butuh 3 sdm gula pasir.
- Sediakan Bahan B:.
- Sediakan 2 sdt ragi.
- Sediakan 35 gr butter.
- Kamu butuh 1/4 sdt garam.
Cara buat Burger buns
- Siapkan bahan-bahannya..
- Campur semua bahan A(tepung,air,dan gula). Lalu diamkan selama 8 jam.(sy dari jam 20.00 - 04.00)..
- Setelah itu,masukkan bahan B(ragi,butter,dan garam). Uleni sebentar hingga kalis elastis..
- Diamkan 20 menit,lalu timbang @50 gr/adonan. Bulatkan,tata diloyang/loyang aluminium. Kemudian diamkan kembali kurang lebih 1,5 jam(double size)..
- Lalu oven dengan suhu 180°c kurang lebih 15 menit atau sampai matang(disesuaikan dengan oven masing - masing ya). Tunggu sampai dingin,baru diolah ya. Selamat mencoba 🙏😇.
