- Dalam wadah besar campur semua bahan.aduk2 dengan tangan sampai tercampur.diam kan sebentar agar bumbu meresap..
- Siapkan kulit,isi kulit dengan 1 sdt adonan,lalu lipat bentuk shumai.lakukan sampai habis..
- Panaskan kukusan.saya alasin kukusan dengan baking paper agar tidak lengket.tata shumai di atas nya,beri jarak ya agar shumai nggak nempel satu sama lain kukus kira2 15 menit.sampai matang..
- Angkat dan sajikan dengan cocolan.cocolannya saya pakai saus sambal saya tambahin air sedikit agar encer.foto di bawah waktu bikin pertama kali pakai kulit gyoza. Dan saya lupa kasih alas & jarak saat mengukusnya alhasil jadi nya pas mateng saling nempel satu sama lain,nggak cantik pas di sajikan😂 akhir nya nyoba bikin lagi yang kedua pakai kulit wonton..
