- Bunda butuh 1 sachet agar putih.
- Sediakan 1 butir kelapa muda, kerok.
- Siapkan 700 ml air kelapa.
- Anda butuh 3 tetes pasta pandan.

- Kamu butuh 5 sdm gula pasir.
- Sediakan 1/4 sdt garam.

- Bunda butuh 200 gram nata de coco.

Langkah-langkah membuat Buko Pandan simple
- Campur air kelapa, agar-agar, 2 sdm gula pasir dan pasta pandan. Masak hingga mendidih, tuang ke cetakan dinginkan hingga membeku.
- Campur air, fiber creme, garam Serta sisa gula pasir (sesuaikan dengan selera tingkat kemanisan yg diinginkan), masak hingga mendidih dan dinginkan. Resep asli dapat menggunakan susu evaporated.
- Potong agar yang telah membeku. Campur dengan daging kelapa, nata de coco Serta kuah, aduk rata, masukkan kulkas. Tabur dengan parutan keju siap dinikmatin dingin-dingin. (Mangkok besar menggunakan susu evaporated).
