- Masukkan susu cair, masak sampai mendidih. Tambahkan garam lada oregano Dan tepung maizena (larutkan dalam air terlebih dahulu supaya tidak menggumpal).
- Masukkan fettuccini yang sudah matang ke dalam saos carbonara. Aduk rata.
- Taburkan keju parut di atasnya. Sajikan.
