Bahan-bahan memasak Fettuccine Carbonara
- Bunda butuh 150 gr fettuccine.
- Siapkan 5 lembar smooked beef.
- Siapkan 6 jamur champignon.
- Siapkan 2 sdm mentega/butter.
- Siapkan 250 gr keju parut.
- Bunda butuh 1 sdm bawang putih halus.
- Bunda butuh 1 buah bombay.
- Siapkan 2 sdm oregano.
- Sediakan 1 sdt lada hitam.
- Sediakan 2 1/2 sdt garam.
- Sediakan 5 sdm gula pasir.
Langkah-langkah membuat Fettuccine Carbonara
- Didihkan air, rebus fettuccine selama kurang lebih 15 menit, diberi 1 sdm minyak goreng agar tidak lengket, sambil sesekali diaduk.
- Sambil menunggu fettuccine matang kita haluskan bawang putih, potong jamur dan bawang bombay.
- Potong smooked beefnya kotak2.
- Setelah fettuccine matang, angkat, tiriskan..
- Panaskan wajan dengan api kecil, masukkan mentega/butternya, kemudian bawang putih halus, tumis sampai harum.
- Kemudian masukkan susu, maizena yg sudah diaduk dengan air, dan keju parut.
- Setelah mendidih, masukkan jamur dan smooked beefnya.
- Masukkan gula, garam, oregano dan lada hitamnya, aduk rata dan tunggu sampai mendidih.
- Setelah mendidih, masukkan fettuccinenya, aduk rata, matikan.
- Tuangkan ke piring, tambahkan parutan keju dan nori kemudian fettuccine carbonara siap dihidangkan 😁😁😁.
