Bahan-bahan memasak Fettuccine Carbonara

  1. Bunda butuh 150 gr fettuccine.
  2. Siapkan 5 lembar smooked beef.
  3. Siapkan 6 jamur champignon.
  4. Siapkan 2 sdm mentega/butter.
  5. Siapkan 250 gr keju parut.
  6. Bunda butuh 1 sdm bawang putih halus.
  7. Bunda butuh 1 buah bombay.
  8. Siapkan 2 sdm oregano.
  9. Sediakan 1 sdt lada hitam.
  10. Sediakan 2 1/2 sdt garam.
  11. Sediakan 5 sdm gula pasir.

Langkah-langkah membuat Fettuccine Carbonara

  1. Didihkan air, rebus fettuccine selama kurang lebih 15 menit, diberi 1 sdm minyak goreng agar tidak lengket, sambil sesekali diaduk.
  2. Sambil menunggu fettuccine matang kita haluskan bawang putih, potong jamur dan bawang bombay.
  3. Potong smooked beefnya kotak2.
  4. Setelah fettuccine matang, angkat, tiriskan..
  5. Panaskan wajan dengan api kecil, masukkan mentega/butternya, kemudian bawang putih halus, tumis sampai harum.
  6. Kemudian masukkan susu, maizena yg sudah diaduk dengan air, dan keju parut.
  7. Setelah mendidih, masukkan jamur dan smooked beefnya.
  8. Masukkan gula, garam, oregano dan lada hitamnya, aduk rata dan tunggu sampai mendidih.
  9. Setelah mendidih, masukkan fettuccinenya, aduk rata, matikan.
  10. Tuangkan ke piring, tambahkan parutan keju dan nori kemudian fettuccine carbonara siap dihidangkan 😁😁😁.
