- Anda butuh 5 sdm tepung terigu (saya pakai segitiga biru).
- Siapkan 2-3 sdt cokelat bubuk.
- Siapkan 6 sdt gula pasir.
- Sediakan 1 sdt fermipan.
- Sediakan 3 sdm margarin, cairkan, jangan sampai mendidih.
- Siapkan 1 butir telur.
- Sediakan 1/2 sdt baking powder.
- Siapkan secukupnya Air.
Cara membuat Cloud Bread
- Campurkan tepung, cokelat bubuk, gula pasir, baking powder, aduk rata. Masukkan fermipan, telur. Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit sampai hampir kalis (jangan sampai kebanyakan ya). Masukkan margarin yang sudah dicairkan. Uleni sampai kalis. Istirahatkan adonan 30 menit.
- Uleni kembali adonan, bagi menjadi 8 bagian. Bentuk bulat, istirahatkan kira-kira 15 menit..
- Panaskan dandang, kukus kira-kira 10-15 menit. Tutup dialasi kain..
- Cek kematangan dengan tusuk sate/tusuk gigi. Enak banget untuk teman ngeteh di sore hari š.
